Pardons Granted By: Gov. John S. Barry - Term commenced Jan 1850, expired Dec. 31, 1851
Pardons Granted By: Gov. Robert McClelland - Term commenced Jan. 1, 1852 to March 7, 1853
Pardons Granted By: Gov. Andrew Parsons - Term commenced March 8, 1853 to Dec. 31, 1854
Pardons Granted By: Gov. Kinsley S. Bingham, whose term commenced Jan. 1, 1855 , expired Dec. 31, 1858
Pardons Granted By: Gov. Moses Wisner, whose term commenced Jan., 1859, and expired Dec., 1860.
Pardons Granted By Gov. Austin Blair, whose term commenced Jan., 1861, and Expired Dec., 1864.
